Pros

I like the infrastructure that TaskUs handled to have a great environment to work. Also, I like that always gives on time the paycheck avoiding delays. I like that all the spaced are clean and good to use I like all the benefits and connections you have made with different estabishments so we can enjoy of discounts

Cons

During my time here, we have experienced twice some issues related to bonus not being processed affecting the paycheck. Even though it has been only twice, this should be improved to avoid money issues in the future. Sometimes there is missing information related to special events been done for TaskUs to us that is not sent with previous times. This should be improved, so we can participate on the events. Sometimes, the workers in charge of cleaning desk and other spaces on the operations section are not very aware that they disconnect (by mistake) the ethernet wire, affecting the connection to the laptops the next day we arrive to work. Also they start cleaning the desks and floors while we are on chats, sometimes interrupting our job and

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
