Cons
1.) Stagnation after 3-4 years of work experience if u get a 2 rating. 2.) PL and Manager may not release you easily from a project. 3.) Limited onsite for freshers as old PL's and ITA's keep on going there twice and thrice and dont allow young ASE's to go even once. 4.)HR doest not take any action against Delivery manager's even if they exploit young ASE's (Asst. System Engineer) .
