      If you join in internal projects, you will get a lot of time to learn. They will not directly put you into the work

      You have to bear with the many associates who doesn't have minimum knowledge on their work. Most of them are freshers only.

      Low to no supervision , benefits, salary

      Cons

      Very unorganized, optimatum hr system is absolutely terrible, it’s the source of all information and you don’t really have access to talk to anyone to get support if you need it. The bench is a joke no real opportunities company really wants to hire offshore talent for cheaper labor.
