Really great company to work for. Excellent and responsive management! Worked on government site and management was always ready to assist if I had any questions

The position was contract based. I wish it wasn't but the industry that Tatra works in is pretty much based on contracts as it supports federal agency missions, like I did.

It's a job with ok benefits that pays 30-40% less than federal counterpart doing same job.

1. Work life balance - There is none. Be prepared to due horrible hours, and you can forget about sleep. 2. Pay - you are getting paid at least $20k less than the federal employee doing the exact same job. 3. Incompetent executives and program teams. This organization is filled with employees that are just "winging it". 4. We do not care about any of the employees that aren't legacy. All new employees and contractors gets the cold shoulder until they have proven themselves loyal to the organization.
