Management needs to be updated on current management styles and techniques specific to their employees Cross-division communication could be much better Work late hours during tax season

Worked in my home office, good pay, opportunity to be placed on permanently if desired and selected. The supervisors were very supportive!

Cons

Some customers would place blame on agent for their tax mistakes (TaxSlayer is a self-prep software) and would yell over the phone, creating unnecessary stress.
