Taylor Morrison is a great place to work. Overall caring culture where teamwork is promoted.
Cons
Sales offices are overstaffed. For some busier areas this may work, but the sales staff numbers are not adjusted when the incoming traffic / market conditions change.

Your input helps us continue improving, so thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.
Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
