Pros
The Corporate culture seems fantastic, it hasn't made it's way into Atlanta. Benefits are good, pay is average. Training is readily available on many topics. We are getting a huge system upgrade that will is supposed to ramp up productivity. Great land positions for future developments.
Cons
Atlanta being a new acquisition we are barely hanging on here. Lots of turnover due to new upper management and lack of communication. Changed our entire pay set up with out a moments notice to all sales people. Don't bother talking to upper management because they will only use it against you later on. Strategy is never discussed with sales people, management seems to just make all decisions with out consulting their teams or asking about competitors.
