Pros

Great company culture - quarterly division meetings that promote team building with fun activities, as well as in-office events that enhance morale and a sense of family. Yearly company-paid trip. Great vacation and sick time accrual including floating holidays. Management is not out of reach or unapproachable. I get great feedback on my performance from both managers and coworkers and have found hard work is definitely noticed and commended. The Atlanta Division is a really fun crowd full of energy. CEO is very down-to-earth and seems to have a genuine concern for employee happiness.

Cons

I think the training process for new employees could be an area of focus for improvement.

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
