      Taylor Morrison is an organization that focuses on providing a positive customer experience, selling and building high-quality homes on key pieces of land that are in greatly desired locations, and has developed and maintained a corporate culture that supports and empowers its employees.

      Cons

      While Taylor Morrison is currently located in 17 markets across the country, I wish the company had Divisions in other major cities that are also thriving.

      Good benefits and decent pay

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
