Pros

The people! We have an amazing group of people here from the executive team to the field team and coordinators! Everyone is supportive of one another and provides a helping hand when its needed. Feedback - Taylor Morrison is constantly asking their team members for feedback and they actually do something about it! Communication - I am thankful that our leadership team is extremely transparent and are constantly communicating with us. Benefits - Our benefits list goes on and on!

Cons

There isn't a Taylor Morrison store! I want to have more items with the Taylor Morrison logo on it so I can show it off proudly. Wish there was a store that I could purchase various items from - could even have some items be free for people who hit milestone anniversaries.

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
