Pros

When working for Taylor Morrison; you know that you are gaining a whole new team and family. A Team and Family that supports, pushes and encourages you to grow in your current position and for future opportunities. The care and attention that is given to each individual person is amazing considering how large of a company we are. You never feel like a shadow but as an individual and part of something great.

Cons

I have to honestly say that in the time I have been with TM, there are no negative things that I can say about this company and it's leadership team. There is always a constant open door between you and your manager that allows you the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns.

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
