      Pros

      Due to the amount of time one spends at work it helps that Taylor Morrison makes it very enjoyable. You can tell that all levels of management actually care about the employees. Even if the workload is crazy at times, there is always someone willing to pitch and help - Great teamwork throughout the organization

      Cons

      No real down sides - work and life balance gets a little crazy every now and then - but not all the time

      Good benefits and decent pay

      Cons

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
