      Pros

      I have only been at Taylor Morrison a few months , but hands down TM is the best company that I have worked for. Taylor Morrison is thoughtful of their employees and understand that life happens outside of work. As a single mother of a handicap son, issues will arise and the upper management is compassionate with my situation. The love and understanding that flows through the office is heartwarming. TM is a definitely a family orientated company.

      Cons

      The only down side of working at TM is that we have grown so fast. We are about to bust at the seams on internal office space. But our new office will be completed by the beginning of 2018, so the discomfort is only for a few more months.

      Good benefits and decent pay

      Cons

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
