      The CEO is an amazing leader with great vision for the company and her team. Florida is a growing market and our divisions are well placed to grow the business and create awesome career opportunities.

      Cons

      There are not enough qualified people to fill the labor and professional service needs of this growth oriented industry.

      Florida is a great state. Believe it's known as the Sunshine State. I'm hoping you weathered the storm OK and from articles on TM360 I can see the TM team members from all areas pulled together to provide support for Florida. his just shows how strong our culture is and we can weather anything. With our Learning and Development Team under way we will be able to hire from outside our industry and train. We will build our own talent.

      Good benefits and decent pay

      Cons

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
