As a new employee, and everything that comes with it, it can be intimidating and overwhelming. I truly cannot put into words how painless, streamlined and functional these last 90 days have been. The training department has been nothing but perfection. They truly are the best of the best. They are always available for me & have taken the time to answer many, many questions. They are very hands on and walk through everything with me. I honestly believe the training process you have here is exceptional. I have never experienced such top notch instruction. Most employers want new employees to jump right in and start working files day 1. I am truly thankful Taylor Morrison takes the time to train their employees properly. I feel much more secure in my day to day after this incredible training. My direct manager has been instrumental in my success as well this year. He always makes time to get with me to see how things are going, to check in to see if I need help with anything, etc. I know that he is incredibly busy, especially at this time of year, but he never makes me feel like I am “bothering” him. He is always positive and willing to help in any way. I could not ask for a better manager. The team has been so welcoming as well. They are always on standby if I have any questions and they all jump in to help, it is awesome to have this support. I was with my last employer for 10 years and in that 10 years I had never experienced such awesomeness from a company. From training, management, Underwriting, the process flow.. the list can go on and on. I am so incredibly thankful and happy to be here. I am so thankful for all of the support, every day, to help us all succeed. It is such a breath of fresh air to come in to work & actually be happy & excited to do my job. I truly love my job here. And I look forward to being with Taylor Morrison for years to come!

I truly cannot think of anything negative about this company. They have been nothing but wonderful.
