      Pros

      This company is not terrible but it is not as awesome as all the reviews say. Employees are asked to write reviews here. Totally sus lol. Insurance is good, many options. I have a special needs child, so this has been good for us. 401k match is good. Company tries to be “green”.

      Cons

      The word “family” gets misused a lot. Vacation time is basic and not good. Should be more. Pay and bonus pay is not good. After training a lot of pressure. Micro managing.

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
