The people on my team were super nice, and I had a great supervisor to work under.
Cons
The department had unorganized teams and projects causing a lot of stress, also was never hired full time but worked full time hours (which may be illegal, so don't follow in my foot steps).

We’re happy to hear you had a great experience with your teammates, as our people are what make Taylor Morrison a special place to work. And we appreciate you providing us with some insight into your department. We encourage you to reach out to our People Services department by sending an email to corporateps@taylormorrison.com to share your experience.
Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
