Pros

Good pay-until it wasn’t Started cutting commissions Great culture - until it wasn’t. Great Management- Until it wasn’t Started making changes to be in line with corporate while telling us they would not Good people were pushed out by a manager who if she doesn’t like you she will make up rules you broke just to fire you

Cons

TM was a great company to work for in the beginning. Culture changed a lot. Pay changed. Management lies. They also play favorites. They reprimand you for imaginary “rules” they say are breaking while all sales agents do the same thing with out a reprimand. They play games and screw you out of hundreds of thousands of dollars owed. Really sad to find out TM was not what they tried to perceive themselves to be.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
