      Pros

      The culture is unlike any other I’ve been a part of. I look forward to going to work every day with a team who is all striving towards the same goals and I have grown tremendously since joining.

      Cons

      Workload can get hefty at times but that is the nature of the home building industry it turns into a positive as you get more experience and self-development.

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
