Great co workers, great team-mentality, overall positive.
Cons
If you have an opinion that needs to be shared to make a situation better, you will get bullied by a manager, but they won't say it to your face, or even send it to your work email - you'll get it in your personal NON-work email.

At Taylor Morrison, we not only actively solicit feedback from our team members, but we also take it to heart. We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're always open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve the employee experience. If you have any further suggestions, we encourage you to share them with us directly.
Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
