      Great team to work with and the opportunity to grow within.

      Cons

      although very rare in some cases you may need to stretch your area of operation, keep in mind Taylor Morrison will always take your travel into consideration and work to get you close to home.

      Cons

      Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
