- Superintendents are always left holding the bag trying to recover situations with customers after sales, project managers, and area managers tell lie after lie to sell an overpriced, low quality house.

Thank you for your feedback! There's a reason we are America's Most Trusted® Home Builder 10 years running. We take pride in the homes we build and deliver, as they're built with love.
Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
