Great culture, flexible hours, good benefits, exciting work environment, and room to grow.
Cons
Little training, fast-paced, and individual success is linked to the performance of the team. Not a bad thing, just part of the job.

We couldn't agree more - Taylor Morrison is a great place to work! Although we held the title in our hearts, we recently earned a 'Great Place to Work' distinction, too. It's so special when our very own team members recognize our unmatched culture, so thank you!
Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
