Pros

Decent pay, and free snacks.

Cons

Horrific corporate culture. Constant meetings that waste time, and management that doesn’t allow you to even breathe on your own. Management favors older employees, and talks to younger employees as if they’re clueless. If you bring concerns to management, they treat you as if you are the problem. Your ability as a worker is entirely graded by numbers. If you are not constantly pushing high numbers in useless areas, then you are treated as a poor worker.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
