Great Company, Latin America region not that good - Anonymous employee Teads Employee Review

Latin America Top Management isn't that committed with the people, nor the atmosphere in the region. Their lack of leadership limits the growth by letting big egos get involved in business. Fluent and transparent communication is not their biggest strength either. Local Latam offices are great though. In terms of technology, Latam doesn't apply full capabilities of the platform, which also has some issues to solve.
