Great people and products, but management lacks direction - Sales Teads Employee Review

Thank you for the honest feedback, and for recognising the strength of our people and products. Strategic focus and how clearly that's communicated is something we've been actively working on, including how direction gets set and cascaded. We're also putting more structure around how employee feedback translates into action, rather than just acknowledging it.
