Pros
I have been working at Teads Latam for a while. This is what I can say about the company in general: - The environment is pretty awesome. You work very hard but you have a great time. - Most of the people working here are young and very enthusiastic. It is great to see this, globally speaking. - The company in general tries a lot to keep their employees happy: Global summit once a year? Yes. Occasional happy hours? Yes. Christmas parties and occasional gifts for your hard work? Yes. People here get recognized if they are good at what they do. No many companies do this kind of stuff. Teads knows how to keep employees happy and it is totally well deserved. There is a lot of work at Teads, so prepare to work extra hours and weekends from time to time. - Great product and amazing global positioning. Everyone in the industry knows about Teads and about how great we are. - There is a lot of room to grow if you work for it. Again, there is recognition and if you are a hard worker they will not want to let you go.
Cons
- I am comparing here Latam to other regions, so this is not Teads in general: I do believe some departments need more people, while others have too many. There should be a balance on this. I compare my department to the same one in other regions and the amount of stuff we are doing is crazy because we are not enough. - I do not mind working extra hours, personally. But if this is the case, since our team is short, I'd expect a compensation for this. Again, compared to other offices we do the work of more than 3 people, and if this is the way it is managed in the region (which I totally respect), then we could except a better compensation, which is very hard to get from top management.
