Pros
I have been working at Teads/LATAM office for almost three years now and I can attest this is a very good company. I was one of the first employees for the the LATAM region based in Miami, now we have around 50 employees and 4 offices in Latin America. My top management has lead me through all this time and coached me on my different roles that allowed me to perform at the highest of levels. Team work is key to our success and every single manager in my office is very supportive and open to talk. There is a lot of opportunities to grow within the company (I had been promoted twice) work hard does pays off. We have very good perks, a global summit once a year, team building once in a while, happy hours and good parties. The company has grown tremendously and I see no signs of slowing down. Teads is very well positioned in the industry.

In my opinion there should be better compensation.
