      Great people within the company across all regions, very smart and mostly very collaborative. Product is solid but needs to keep evolving.

      Cons

      Growth starting to slow and competition heating up. Lack of leadership as company tries to grow to the next level.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
