Thanks for your feedback. I know that the rapid growth we've had over the past year and the changes we have made to our business to set us up for long-term success can sometimes be jarring for people. But growth with all it's challenges, is always good and we are lucky to be where we are today. We still have a lot of work and innovation ahead of us and this will undoubtedly mean more change as we constantly work to focus and position our business for success. On occasion, it will also involve us making some difficult decisions about the structure of our organization and its people. It's not going to be easy, but we will keep working to get better and better as we scale.
