Dynamic, quick, young, great product and design

Cons

Sexist, lack of training and processes, no transparency, only few management roles - either directors or interns/juniors.

Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

Cons

Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
