As we continue growing at a good clip, we are doing our best to build a supportive, productive and fun environment with the right work-life balance, something that’s always been a core value for Outbrain. We recognize that our Account Managers are carrying important workloads and in many cases are the face of Outbrain to our customers. Because of that, we have been and will continue to invest in training, especially with the pace of new products increasing. In any successful company, the short- and long-term pressure can certainly mount and it sounds like we need to continue to ensure our managers are communicating on a regular basis with our teams.
