Pros
- Great people (no, really, GREAT people) - Obscenely close to the train station - Highly focused on improving it's tech stack - Actively pushing people to learn and improve (managers are actually held accountable for it!) - Lots of focus on improving infra and tooling to make dev life easier (though it comes with a price) - Family friendly
Cons
- Pay is about market average, with no bonuses or additional options beyond the (overpriced) package you originally get - Old and unimpressive office space - Company events are few and uninspiring - Lousy marketing, so you don't feel you're working for a top brand
