      Pros

      The culture and people are amazing, this is mostly led by the 2 founders personality. Work life balance is very good, and the company puts the employee in the center. The product is also great and very interesting.

      Cons

      As the company grew, it began to be hard to push products forward, a lot of dependencies or infra-structure limitations

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
