      Pros

      - Super smart people on the business operations and product team - Mission is there to help sustain quality journalism - Sales and operations leadership in the U.S. is top-notch - Great place to learn - Lots of career opportunities to switch between job functions - Compensation is fair - Middle management > senior management - Having David Kostman there is a HUGE win. Company would have cratered if just Yaron. But, David really runs the day to day now and that's been invigorating.

      Cons

      - Tough competition - Hard to break through without real brand safety controls - Dual-CEO structure not sustainable

It's great to hear your positive experience around leadership and learning and development - two areas we have focussed on esp. given feedback we have received in the twice annual employee engagement survey. There is indeed tough competition however we are confident that with our leadership and abundance of top talent we are in a great position for 2021 and beyond.
