Thank you for taking time to leave feedback with respect to your internship and it's great to hear that you had a good experience overall. We have worked hard on individual, group and blended learning/training in 2020, providing manager COVID support training, how to conduct meaningful check-ins, OB lead training on subjects such as mindfulness, Be Water, DE&I and lastly global Management 101 as well as providing access to DIY training via LinkedIn Learning. 2021 will see an even greater investment in this area as we know manager training is key to the overall Outbrain people experience and so we will continue to work and evolve this area.
