Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for us. We're pleased you also feel that Outbrain is full of great people and teams - we understand Outbrainers are our 'secret sauce' and try to ensure we are always people first in our approach. We continue to try and make Outbrain as transparent as possible, where possible - it would have been great to hear some specific examples so we could work on them directly but we will make sure we consider this esp. in regards to our NYC office.
