We're pleased to hear that within your first year at Outbrain you are so positive about the company and especially the Culture - this is something we are very proud of and feel offers a unique experience for all our employees.
We understand workloads can vary country to country/department to department - if you have't already spoken to your manager or local People & Culture representative we hope you feel you can - it would be great to hear the specifics around workload and finding a better balance. 2020 has been a rollercoaster year and tested many of us in finding the right work/life balance - managing stress, burnout, anxiety is an area we are responsible for ensuring we support and train all employees and managers in, including looking out for signs and signals and how to handle if identified. We have embedded training on this area into our Learning & Development roadmap - but appreciate it may not have touched every employee. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
