- surrounded by mostly friendly and smart people - nice company culture (though harder to feel during pandemic of course) - good vacation policy - global outlook

Cons

- really poor pay compared to market rate, which makes it hard to retain people. - high expectations all the time

Regards pay - we invest heavily in our benchmarking tools and practise and regularly adjust to market data however we strongly encourage you to raise this feedback with your manager, we genuinely want to hear from people at the individual level.

Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

Cons

Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
