Making sure that we offer a diverse, safe and inclusive working environment is a huge priority for us so we’re really happy to see that our efforts have not gone unnoticed. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic our main priority was the health and safety of our employees so we have been working from home for over a year now. Our teams and managers have worked incredibly hard to adjust to the new situation and we’re so proud of how far we’ve come. Our summit was always an amazing opportunity for our teams to meet face-to-face to team build, collaborate and strengthen our relationships. This year it was not possible for us to meet in person so we did our best with a virtual summit. We agree, it just isn’t the same and we are really looking forward to the days when we can gather as a team again.
