Pros
Teads invest in their people. Our MD wants Teads to be 'your career defining' role, which is so refreshing. I am challenged and rewarded in my work as well as professional development, having had more (quality) training and courses in 18 months than I have had in a 15 year career. I've been supported by my manager and team throughout personal challenges as well; there is a really caring culture and genuine friendships have developed very quickly. Beyond the investment in individuals, there is active effort to invest in our culture and community at work, to be inclusive and fair. I am part of a committee to help steer this and its very rewarding to have the space and support to push diversity & inclusion agendas in the business. In terms of the work, the product set is industry leading and its a joy to constantly wow clients with what we can do. I feel proud in the work we do and do not have any anxiety about delivering on promises for clients.
Cons
The workload can be pretty intense at times, but the culture is positive so when I've been overwhelmed I've been supported to find solutions to manage everything. No workplace is perfect, but Teads really do listen and learn if improvements are needed.
