We really value our team's career development so each year we conduct annual reviews where we take into consideration market rates for roles and set up training based on employee and manager requests. At Teads we really believe that we work hard and play hard. There may be times where deadlines are tight and tasks have to be completed but we do offer flexible hours and summer hours to offset the busy periods. We couldn't agree more that retaining key employees is incredibly important. We are lucky to have a very low turnover rate of less than six percent this year and over a third of our UK team has been with us for well over four years.
