We are sorry to hear about your experience with the P&C team. We really encourage you to address this situation with the Chief People Officer and your manager directly, so we can better understand this feedback. We have recently launched our anonymous employee engagement survey, we hope you took that opportunity too to share more insight on this matter, so we can address your concerns.
Regarding compensation, we invest a lot in benchmarking tools and use this data constantly so we can be an attractive and competitive employer. We want our employees to stay, grow and develop their career with us - and we know compensation plays an important part in this.
