      Wonderful team, management has your back; company takes the long view. Company has so many opportunities it is hard to know where to focus.

      Mgmt could be a little more commercial.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
