Pros
It really is people!! I've always heard rumours of Teads' culture being one of their USPs as to why people join, as well as our great technology we give our clients, that's nothing without the people from back-end to front-end truly working together and enjoying what they do. I've just recently joined 3months ago, I can't speak for everyone's team, but for me this has been the easiest (most natural) start to a job I have ever had. Each person I've come across from executive to management and MDs have been so helpful in assisting me understand my role and Teads as a business. I'm pretty low in the pecking order and yet feel like my contributions are appreciated and just as important. Living out of London - I love the flexible working. It's become a novelty going into the office on my set days. I look forward to seeing my team and meeting the others I wouldn't normally come across. Free lunch is just the icing on the cake :)
