4yWe are really sorry to hear this about your experience with management at Outbrain. We have multiple mechanisms to ensure a positive manager-team experience takes place. Not only do we encourage employees to reach out to the P&C team for confidential conversations throughout the year, we also expect weekly meetings between managers and team members to take place in order to create a transparent and open environment. On top of that, we launch a yearly employee engagement survey, where responses are anonymous, if you are concerned about confidentiality. Managers - new and with previous experience - have training to ensure we provide all our teams with a positive and engaging work experience.
