We appreciate your acknowledgement of our amazing people - you being one of them too - and innovation, as it is a core part of our DNA.
Regarding the Netanya offices, we understand it requires commuting for some of us, hence why we offer free parking and a lot of flexibility around working hours as well as a hybrid working model.
We will pass on the feedback about the premises being outdated. We have a music room and game rooms and a generous kitchen, but it is certainly important that we keep on revising the spaces to ensure our Outbrainers have the best experience.
We are also missing the amount of cool company events we used to have, unfortunately for us all, that is out of our power due to the current health crisis.
And last but certainly not least, we want to emphasise that your local P&C team is always here to have a confidential conversation about salaries. We have a team benchmarking the industry throughout the year, however, if you have questions, schedule a call or meeting with us and we can look into your case in depth.
Regarding the lack of bonuses and additional perks, this is an ongoing focus for us. We are always working throughout the year to improve the benefits we offer locally. And, in order to be able to improve we need your feedback, either through the internal engagement surveys or in reviews like this.
