Teads is an ad-tech company that has to make many decisions to grow as fast as it has versus other companies in the industry. Our direction has been good, or we would not have grown at such a fast clip. Teads offers great contributors a fast career path, and many times faster than the normal few years you need to put in a more traditional environment. Covid was hard for all companies and at Teads there have been both good and bad decisions. Having been at a number of other companies, it is not unusual to get some things right and some things wrong. Teads listened to those team members that contribute to surveys and made swift decisions to have an entire global workforce to work more comfortably from home. There have also been many strides, not touted enough, to address diversity in the workplace. Like many companies, there is a lot more work to do but this company is making progress its employees should be proud...and yet not settle for status quo. The new management in North America, along with many new leaders across the board, are also making big impact on the way we communicate internally. We have All Hands to communicate openly what is going on, and areas we still need to improve regularly and people have been very appreciative of the amount of clarity that has been given in each session. The biggest pro is that I love my colleagues and I have fun here. I don't expect perfection, but do expect the best from people - and I think that is the norm here.
