      - Colleagues are cool - Hybrid model is nice - NYC office is clean and modern

      Cons

      - Management is very exclusive and cliquey - Don't really support people who are actually executing - Low salaries - Got rid of gym perks - Promotions are very random

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
