Pros

Great product and CX team, so there's good support from a delivery point of view When sales are up, you will be treated well

Cons

Unachievable targets and huge sales pressure, they will burn you out. They get rid of people and load the remaining staff with as much work as possible. Very little support from line managers. They make promises and don't follow through, regularly deceiving good people and underpay for roles.
